Forward spam correctly
Please do not simply forward spam emails as normal, but always send them as attachments.
Only when forwarding as an attachment will all additional technical information of the email be retained - for example, so-called headers. This information is crucial for our analysis in order to find out where the email comes from and how it can possibly be filtered automatically.
Therefore:
Please always use the “Forward as attachment” function (named differently depending on the email program). This is the only way we can evaluate the spam e-mail correctly.
You do not need to write your own text or subject.
It is sufficient if you simply attach the spam e-mail and send it.Thank you for your help in improving spam protection!
