Three different scan modes are available on the multifunctional devices, which cover different requirements.
Scanning on multifunctional devices
Scan Mode 1
In this mode you will find basic scanning options for a simple scan.
The scan is delivered to your OVGU mailbox.
For staff members, this mode provides additional features such as scanning a network storage.
Scan Mode 2
Here you will find the most basic options for a simple scan.
In this mode it's also possible to create encrypted PDF files.
The final scan can then be delivered to the OVGU mailbox only.
Scan Mode 3
This scan mode offers advanced options, such as rotating the scan, omitting blank pages, or deleting margins.
The scan can either be sent to the OVGU mailbox or stored onto a USB drive.
