Web application server

If individual web projects cannot be realized in the central CMS, it is possible to realize the web presence on a separate server if certain prerequisites are met (custom applications, comprehensive projects, etc.).

In this case, a prior consultation with the webmaster is necessary, where the conditions of the project are clarified.

A database can also be provided for these projects.

The web presence is then made available with an address of the form www.PROJECTNAME.ovgu.de.

The installation of other content management systems is not supported or desired.

For the creation of personal homepages there is the possibility to realize this via the web server of the personal home.
