Poster service for structural units
The URZ offers a poster service for structural units of the OVGU. A printout on the DIN format A2 to A0 and banners is possible. Billing is on a cost center basis. Information on printing costs and available papers can be obtained via the order portal.
Changes to paper types
As of July 1, 2024, there has been an expansion and change in paper types.
Due to the increased demand for posters with a short service life a new paper type is introduced to conserve resources. It is thinner than the previous normal paper and therefore requires less ink with almost identical print quality. With the introduction, the paper types in the order portal will be renamed to:
Standard paper (trial) - the new paper
Premium standard paper - previously normal paper
Photo paper (matt) - unchanged
Notes
- For technical reasons, borderless printouts are not possible.
- The poster portal only accepts files in .pdf format.
- If there are more than 5 posters, they will be divided into several rolls. At least one roll is created per order.
- No transportation/protection options are provided. If required, these must be brought along independently for collection.
- Please allow one day's (up to 24h) lead time. Collection of your poster on the day the order is placed cannot be guaranteed!
Notes for posters of EU funds (e.g. ESI, ESF, EFRE)
Please do not use semi-colons or long dashes (–) in the field of the project and for the period. Depending on the used program and operating system, this character will not be saved correctly and transmitted incorrectly to the URZ. Please use a simple minus sign or the word "until" for time periods.
