Setting up an out-of-office message in Roundcube
- After registration, click on 'Settings' on the left
- Select the Absence setting
- Enter a subject
- Enter your out-of-office message in the message body
- Set the start and end dates of your absence
- Select whether the out-of-office message should be On (active) or Off (inactive)
- Specify which email address should be used as the reply-to address [Use default setting]
- Set the frequency to 1 day(s) [Recommended]
- Set any filter rules.
- Select the action for incoming messages.
- Save the out-of-office message.
