Setting up an out-of-office message in Roundcube

  1. After registration, click on 'Settings' on the left
  2. Select the Absence setting
  3. Enter a subject
  4. Enter your out-of-office message in the message body
  5. Set the start and end dates of your absence
  6. Select whether the out-of-office message should be On (active) or Off (inactive)
  7. Specify which email address should be used as the reply-to address [Use default setting]
  8. Set the frequency to 1 day(s) [Recommended]
  9. Set any filter rules.
  10. Select the action for incoming messages.
  11. Save the out-of-office message.
