FollowMe Print by Email

  1. Send your print job as a PDF file by Email from your OVGU-mail-address to FollowMe-OVGU@Campus-LSA.de
  2. After a short moment you will receive an Email with a link.
  3. Open the link within 24 hours and confirm your print job. Attention: The link can only be used inside the OVGU network.
  4. Pick up your print job at any FollowMe device.

Notes and restrictions

  1. You can only use this service with your main OVGU e-mail address. Only this e-mail address is known by the system. Your main e-mail address can be found in the Account Service Portal under the item Manage Account.
  2. The following file formats are accepted:
    Documents pdf
    Pictures / Images bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff
  3. The default settings for print jobs are A4 as page format and color. The color mode can be changed on a device before release.
  4. All pages from the document are printed. It is not possible to specify explicitly the pages to be printed.
  5. Password protected documents cannot be printed.
