Webmeetings und Webinare mit Adobe Connect

One option for web conferencing is the product Adobe Connect provided by the DFN. For the realization a terminal device (PC, notebook, tablet or smartphone) with a camera and audio functionality (microphone, loudspeaker) is necessary. Organizer of a web conference

The OVGU participates in the DFN-AAI service, so the web conference service can be used as a meeting organizer without prior registration. Just click on Anmelden via DFN-AAI at https://webconf.vc.dfn.deand select OVGU Magdeburg on the following website.

This service is only available to centrally registered members of the OVGU. This includes

  • Professors (with current employment contract)
  • employees (with current employment contract)
  • PhD students (with current employment contract or valid matriculation)

These persons can create and administer events.

Participants of a web conference

There are no restrictions regarding the groups of people who can participate in a web conference. There is also no registration required. Every participant can register as a guest in the meeting room. The participants of a web conference can be invited with a link via Email from the event administrator.
